Mammalian Expression System

Mammalian cells possess most comprehensive protein folding and post-translational modification machineries. The recombinant proteins expressed in mammalian cells share highest similarity to native proteins from higher species in terms of protein structure,physicochemical properties, and biological functions, and are more likely to have the same biological activity as native proteins. Mammalian cell expression enables efficient expression of recombinant proteins, especially membrane proteins and recombinant antibodies. The Biortus team has extensive experience in mammalian cell protein expression and has cumulatively provided over 3000 batches of protein expression services to global clients.

Transient expression Expi293F, Expi293F GnTI-，HEK293S GnTI- PEI transient transfection, which enables high-efficiency expression of membrane proteins. The Thermo commercial transfection system is also available upon request.

Recombinant antibody expression ExpiCHO-S Thermo commercial transfection system, and the expression level can reach the g/L level.
